Vacant DIY Consultation:
Maybe you have the extra furniture & accessories to stage your own vacant home but just not sure what should go where?   Like our owner occupied consultations, we give you the tools, plan, and professional recommendations needed to stage your property.  We create a step by step "Staging Plan" that you can implement on your own. 

The DIY VACANT Consultation includes:
  • a written detailed report outlining furniture layout
  • Accessory placement
  • Paint color selection
  • Shopping recommendations
  • One  hour follow up visit to tweak the final staging before the property is listed
  • Professional recommendations (curb appeal, repairs, updates, etc.)

Stage a Star maintains a large inventory of beautiful staging props that will compliment your existing furnishings should you need it. We have everything you need to achieve that "model home" look! 


We work with ALL BUDGETS....we will customize a Staging Package just for you!!

*We do not charge for travel within a 25 mile radius of our office in Liberty Twp/West Chester. Beyond this we require a mileage charge to cover costs.
