I had a great listing in a nice neighborhood that was getting a lot of showings but no offers. I suggested to my sellers to try some staging to see if that would help. We contacted Teresa with Stage a Star and she came out to tour the home and give the seller some tips on what she could do to add some extra decorative touches to the home. Teresa spent several hours walking through every room of the home and giving detailed instructions on the types of pictures and decorative items for the homeowner to purchase as well as giving de-cluttering tips for the closets and pantries. The homeowner then staged the home herself with the instructions from Teresa and even commented that the house felt more like a home and they were going to be sad to leave. The very next showing of the house we received an offer. The tips from Teresa made all the difference.
