"I am writing to you today in gratitude for all of the wonderful things you and your company has improved upon with our company, Trinity Investments. In January of this year my business partner Matt and I were in need of a new creative way of selling our newly rehabbed vacant investment properties in a timely manor. So we decided to start a search for a Real Estate Staging designer that specializes in staging vacant investment property. When I started my search for a reputable, tenured, staging designer I must have called at least six to ten agencies and Teresa was the only designer that even answered their phone! You did it again! THANK YOU! I called you in once again for design advice and staging of my investment

property. It looked fantastic and everyone that toured the property...buyers and realtors went on and on about

how gorgeous the house was! Although at first I was skeptical about adding an electric fireplace to the living room,

you were right. It looked great and was very welcoming when buyers came through. I made sure I turned it on at each

showing and it really made quite an impression! Thanks for all your help picking out the paint colors too, everyone

loved that too. The house sold in 45 days despite the slow buyer's market and having 114 houses to compete with.
